Send to support@pitchthreads.com with your order number (from your Stripe receipt) and a brief description of the issue.
A clear photo of the issue is all we need. You do not need to ship the original item back for print defects, wrong items, or transit damage.
We'll confirm the replacement is in production or issue a refund to your original payment method. Replacement shipping time mirrors normal production + transit (see shipping estimates).
Every PitchThreads item is made-to-order. When you place an order, production starts. There's no inventory sitting in a warehouse — your hoodie is printed specifically for you. That's what keeps prices reasonable and products this customized. If a product isn't right because of our error, we fix it. If you ordered the wrong thing, email us and we'll do our best to help.
