Order by June 8 and you're safe for the June 11 kickoff — US orders typically arrive in 5–8 days (2–3 production + 3–5 transit). If you're outside the US, aim for late May to be comfortable. We ship the moment your item is produced and send tracking so you can watch it move.

We fix it, no questions asked. Email support@pitchthreads.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. If the print is wrong, faded, cracked, or the item is damaged in transit, we'll send a replacement at no cost. We don't make you ship the original back — just send us the photo and we'll sort it within 24 hours. See our Returns page for the full policy.

No — and you don't want us to. Official FIFA jerseys run $140–200, are mass-manufactured in factories, and look identical to the version every other fan is wearing. We design original country merchandise — hoodies, tees, mugs, bags, and scarves — that channels each nation's football identity through our own artwork. More interesting, more wearable, fraction of the price.

Hoodies and tees come in XS through 3XL. Sizing is US standard — if you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or stay true-to-size for fitted. Mugs are one-size 11oz ceramic. Canvas bags are a standard 12×13" tote. Scarves are one-size. Exact size options are shown on each product page before checkout.

Email support@pitchthreads.com immediately — we can cancel before production starts (typically within 1–2 hours of ordering). Once an item enters production, it can't be cancelled because it's physically being made. If you miss the window, see our return policy — defective or wrong items are always replaced, and we'll work with you on other situations.

Yes. All payments go through Stripe — the same payment infrastructure used by Amazon, Shopify, and millions of businesses globally. We never see or store your card details. Stripe handles encryption, PCI compliance, and fraud detection. Look for the lock icon in your browser — that's your confirmation.
